Great run with Mike and Eliza with Jan and kids in tow for support. Clear blue skies, not too hot and great views during the race. Slight uphill through the first tunnel. Low turnout – 23 runners only – but good atmosphere. Would definitely do it again.
Lovely day for a walk with the Jackson and dogs. We stayed close to the river and ended up having tapas at the campsite. A good day.
Great ride with Sam on her mountain bike with me on my Giant OCR roadbike. Stopped for a picnic just before Estacion de San Roque and then had 5 (yes five) punctures which used up all our patches. Made it with plenty of time to meet up with Mike in Gib who drove us back to Jimena for a curry with Jan and the boys.
Ride around Gaucin on Sam’s new Rockrider from Decathlon
Slightly overcast today which made it cooler for running. Sam cycled on her new Decathlon Rockrider mountain bike. Really good workout.
